We’re approaching our first game since our blog was created and I’d like to start a new game day tradition. I am leaving this thread open to you fans to discuss this amongst each other. Duke it out Bears fans, Bangals fans, or fans of other teams who have an opinion and don’t forget to check back after the game for a recap and feedback!
Kick off is is 3:15(CT)/4:15(ET) at Paul Brown Stadium in Cincinnati; the game will be televised on FOX.

ESPNĀ is reporting that DT Tommie Harris will be out of the game today against the Bangals, due to pain in his knees. They’re also reporting DE Gaines Adams will make his debut with the Chicago Bears today.

It didn’t take long for Bears management to see that they wanted Jay Cutler to be their quarterback for the long term.
The team signed Cutler to a two-year contract extension late Tuesday that will give the Bears rights to Cutler for four years after this season. The rookie contract he signed with the Broncos went through 2011.
The deal calls for Cutler to be paid $20 million in guaranteed money and $30 million in new money for 2012 and 2013, according to ESPN’s John Clayton.
